What content needs to be configured in the aeration jet aerator installation drawing?

The aeration jet aerator installation drawing should provide both the plan layout drawing and the cross-section drawing of the tank, fully indicating the positions and connection relationships of the circulating water pump, jet aerators, gas supply pipeline, gas-liquid mixing main pipe, in-tank branch pipes and booster nozzles.

The tank layout drawing should specify:

  • The length, width and effective water depth of the aeration tank;
  • The positions of the circulating water pump and the jet aerator units;
  • The water inlet, suction and mixed liquid outlet directions of the jet aerator;
  • The pipe diameters of the gas supply main, gas-liquid mixing main and in-tank branch pipes;
  • The model, quantity, spacing, installation height and jet direction of the booster nozzles;
  • The partition walls, columns, water inlet and outlet and possible mixing dead zones in the tank;
  • The positions of valves, pressure gauges, flow meters and maintenance interfaces;
  • The pipe supports, fixing methods and equipment maintenance space.

The nozzle arrangement needs to consider the tank shape and the water flow direction, so that the jets cover the main tank area and drive the wastewater circulation. It cannot simply be arranged evenly according to the number of jet aerators. The oxygen demand, water depth, circulating water flow, gas supply, pipeline losses and outlet back pressure should also be verified. The final installation drawing should be drawn according to the on-site dimensions and the jet aerator selection results. Product schematic drawings cannot be directly used as construction drawings.
